I went on ebay and got some great ideas for cheap….
for my wedding i got the candles w/tulle and ribbon,napkins with the info printed on it and some of those fake rose pedals to put on the tables for my center pieces,also my cake topper
all for 100.00 and that was for 60 people along with the printing for the ribbons and the napkins

One of the neatest and most inexpensive things I have seen at a wedding is sparklers. My sister did this at her wedding and it was so inexpensive and a big hit with the guests. She just bought the small boxes of matches and then used self adhesive labels with their names and the wedding date printed on them. She used her computer at home to make the labels and we stuck them on there ourselves. Then we bought sparklers and tied two or three together with pretty ribbon that matched the color of her wedding. The sparklers were lit as they exited the reception for their honeymoon.

Candy wrapped in pretty cellophane and tied with ribbon or put in netting and tied with ribbon. Small photos of the bride and groom. You can buy wrappers with your names and wedding date that fit the little hershey’s miniatures. You can also purchase wraps for votive candles and can get the candles at a budget warehouse. You can get miniature pots and put flowers that match you colors in them. . Hope this helps. Congrats.

Choose a nice restaurant with nice(medium size) hall in a remote area, Or non crowded place (Chinese) is better, invite all your close friends and relatives to that place on the day of marry, Along with a priest or someone who can pronounce you&your girl as husband and wife,ask the restaurent management to serve buffet style food&drinks,charge per head basis, or negotiate with them for complete package, but before that? you should make an estimation about approximate guests,And tell the restaurent peoples about your budget, i think you can do it cheaper than your estimate!!

Hershey kisses or hugs wrapped in tulle or on a plastic spoon that is the same color as your wedding theme.

a pack of flower seeds….glued on construction paper cut out in heart shape. With a saying like…. My you love grow stronger and stronger every day like ours.

I’m in the same boat as you are in trying to find favors that are cheap, but still cute. Some of the best I’ve heard so far:

miniature frames that can double as place card holders and favors.. they are about a buck a piece at craft stores

single serve coffee packs that you can put a custom label on saying “the perfect blend” along with your names and wedding date

Don’t do favors.
Most people don’t like more dust-sucking pieces of cr@p anyway. They will leave them on the table. Nothing says caring better than some junk from the dollar store. Put the money you saved into better food, flowers, music or whatever.

You can make iced sugar cookies in the shape of the bride & groom’s initials. It doesn’t take much and goes a long way.

Make a donation to charity in lieu of a traditional wedding favor. That’s what I’m doing. It’s hleping someone else, and besides- traditional favors get thrown or forgotten anyways. I did mine to St. Judes medical center, they have a page just for a wedding donations and send you great personalized paper to scroll up to give to your guests and the donation could be whatever you want, there is no minimum. Also, check out your local cancer society or other charity. Hope this helps!

i think wedding favors are a waste of money. u spend all the time and money just for them to get left behind.

you could always make cd’s as favors with a collection of songs that will be played at your wedding.
