I think just select colors you want for bridesmaids, flowers and favors, etc and make them in tune with spring and you will be fine. I think having a theme for a wedding is not really necessary and takes away from the real meaning of the marriage. Best wishes

I want to be a wedding planner and make my own business. For spring and something unique, try doing something real colorful, bright. Every wedding has at least 2 colors. Make yours more than that. Have 4 colors, I suggest. I need to know what you sort of have in mind, so I can help you a little more. You can click on my pic and e-mail me if you would like.
Pink and black — it’s elegant yet also fresh.
a may pole dance in your wedding colors would be pretty!
What about an herbal wedding theme? You can use shades of green for your colors, name your tables for herbs like rosemary, parsley, etc., and use potted herbs for centerpieces/favors, etc.

The preppy pink and green color combination couldn’t be more spring-like, and is perfect for a beautiful, fresh spring wedding. Accent your tables with polka-dot or gingham fabrics and ribbons, and use alternating pink and green chair colors. For a more elegant look, combine celadon green with white, using silver as an accent color.
Give favors of seed packets or bulbs, with thanks for supporting the growth of your love. Consider giving birdhouses – you can usually find these inexpensively at a dollar store or craft store. Around Easter, send your guests home with a chocolate Easter bunny, a ceramic Easter egg, or a birds nests (either from the craft store or made from chocolate and/or coconut) filled with robin’s egg candies.

A tid bit of trivia here…the wedding cake actually started as small cakes the guests would bring to the wedding. They would be piled on top of one another and the goal was to make the pile taller (from the table) than the couple. It was to insure a long life together.
How about bunnies?
P.S. I like the herbal theme… Cannabis indica makes a killer centerpiece!
You could have a Rainbow Wedding which is went the bridesmaids wear different colored dresses from the rainbow. It’s what I had on August 23,1969. My maid-of-honor wore a mint-green dress, and the other two girls, one wore yellow and the other wore lilac. I was suppose to have other girl who would wear blue, but she had a fight four days before my wedding and drop out of the wedding party. It was a beautiful wedding and the pictures came out gorgeous. I had 97 pictures in my wedding album, which cost $ 525.00 dollars.
green apples (yah I know not spring, but the color)
