Buy at www.shapeways.com Copyright (c) 2010, M. Oskar van Deventer. Gift Pyramid is a pyramid-shaped twisty puzzle that can be taken apart when solved. It has a little spherical cavity that can contain a small object. This puzzle was commissioned by Darryl Suskin, who used it for a wedding proposal to his girlfriend Michelle. On Thursday 5 August, Darryl gave Michelle the Gift Pyramid with ring, she opened, he proposed, she accepted and they lived happily ever after. Darryl insisted he wanted to print and apply the stickers himself, which is why I sent him a puzzle without stickers.

That was so hilarious, it’s scrambled with no stickers, this should’ve been posted April first.
Now getting serious, why exactly is it more expensive than the gift cube? seems to me the gift cube has more cubic centimeters of printing.

@NewSuperHelioBros It plays like a Pyraminx. It has a different mechanism. It is hollow. When solved, you can open it.

@NIKOA53 The mechanism of Gift? Pyramid inside is more complex, requires more layers and hence more printed volume.
